Investigation and Analysis on Specialty Setup Situation of Secondary Vocational Schools in Liaoning

Analysis on enrolment plan of secondary vocational schools in Liaoning show that,secondary vocational schools in Liaoning have formed three big specialty types that prioritized by processing and manufacturing,the phenomena of specialty differentiation and integration is coexistent and a passel of important specialties is formed,but the characteristics of planned economy of specialty setup is serious,and specialty structure can't reflect industrial structure; the specialty distribution in three types of region don't match up with the economic status of each region,but the harmonization of specialty division and mutual supplement of advantage among different regions haven't been formed. Therefore,Liaoning province should strengthen the adjustment of specialty structure through reforming management model,strengthening the construction of characteristic specialty and stressing communication and harmonization.
