Research on the Specialty Layout and Structure of Secondary Vocational Education in Guangdong Province

The specialty layout of secondary vocational education in Guangdong Province is characterized by balanced re gional scale and flexible specialty establishment whilst it also has the problems of low compatibility of specialty structure and industrial structure, the big convergence of specialty establishment and duplicate construction, the obvious delay of the strategic emerging industry specialties. Thereafter, early warning mechanism ought to be established, together with shap ing grouped specialties and administrative management, aiming to optimize specialty layout and structure.
