Abstract
Digital reference service is a kind of brand-new reference service appearing under network environment.This paper has analyzed the current situation of digital information advisory service in China,undertaken academic study on the theory and practice of digital information consultation service,and put forward corresponding suggestions on the technical standard and service standards,the relation between traditional consultant service and digital information service,the market management of digital consultant service.
