The effect observation of magnesium sulfate in bronchiolitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate in bronchiolitis.Methods 60 cases patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two group,each of 30 cases.Control group received conventional therapy;On the base of control group,treatment group were given 25% magnesium sulfate 0.2ml/kg-1·d-1 intravenous drip,once every day,used 3～5d.After treatment,compared the effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(100.0%) was higher than that of control group(86.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).ConclusionMagnesium sulfate in bronchiolitis is safe and effective,which is worth utilizing widely in clinic.
