Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Method 100 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group with sulfate on the basis of routine treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group increased the rate of total effect(P0.05), The resolution time of clinical wheezing and lung signs were obviously shortened in the therapeutic group compared with the control group (P0.01). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate treatment of bronchiolitis had better clinical effect,We have not found any side-effect in those treated with usual dosage, and it is worthy of clinical application.
