Improving the Education System in Rural Communities to Alleviate Educational Crisis of Left-behind Children

The rural economy structure and the reform of operating system is a strong impetus to economic development in rural areas,and the farmers'living standard was improved.The development of rural economy requires higher technology,education and culture.It also has created favorable conditions for China's educational development in rural communities.However,a large number of rural surplus labors emigrated to the city in the social transitional period,it makes a large number of children remained and results in the crisis of left-behind children education.In the view of building rural communities education system,this paper expounds the importance of alleviating the crisis of lelt-behind children education by improving the rural communities education system.Based on sorting out the management problems of rural communities education,the article poses the measures of alleviating education crisis by rural community education.
