Abstract

The Criminal Summary Procedure plays a great role in Criminal litigation in China.The article puts forward ideas to improve criminal summary procedure.These ideas are aiming at improving the Criminal Summary Procedure,and sufficiently exerting the junction of the Criminal Summary Procedure,and consequently improving the judicial efficiency.
