Abstract

Young teachers are the main forces of the teaching work in higher vocational colleges,their teaching ability is the vital factor affecting teaching quality.The great emphasis should be put on the raising of teachers' teaching capability in order to improve the quality of teaching and talent cultivation.In this essay,the present situation of the cultivation of young teachers was analysed,and its main path various kinds of teaching competitions was explored,together with some specific reflection and practice.
