Abstract

Young teachers are the main forces of the teaching in high vocational colleges,their teaching ability is the vital factor of the teaching quality and effect.If we want to improve the teaching quality and quality of talent cultivation,we must first place great emphasis on the main cultivation and raising of their teaching ability.In this essay,the present situation of the cultivation of young teachers has been analysed,and its main paths various kinds of teaching competition has also been explored,together with some specific reflection and practice.
