Improving Inner-Party Democracy to Promote Democratic Governance

Abstract

Inner-Party democracy is the basic political and organizational principle of a Marxist party. In the historical course of Marxist Party building, the connotations of inner-Party democracy have been gradually enriched. To persist in scientific and democratic governance and in exercising state power according to law in the new period of the new centuty, we must improve inner-Party democracy and, with inner-Party democracy to bring along people's democracy, promote democratic governance.
