Abstract
Inner-Party democracy is the of the party. People democracy is the of the socialist. This is not only a vivid interpretation of democracy importance from the life dimension of the party and state power,but also a historic leap of our Party with the concept of democratic governance. It analyzes the importance of developing inner-party democracy and people's democracy from life-dimensional. And on this basis,it puts forward three ways about democratic governance.
