On Construction of Inner-Party Democracy

Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party. To develop inner-Party democracy does much good to consolidate Party's governing status and to improve its art of leadership and governance; to ensure that Party's decisions are put on a more scientific and democratic basis, thus realize its correct leadership; to bring into full play the Party members and people's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity; and to promote the development of people's democracy. To develop inner-Party democracy, we must correctly handle the dialectic relations between inner-Party democracy and inner-Party centralism,inner-Party supervision,and with people's democracy.
