Therapeutic effect of Qingzhonghuoxue decoction on acute edematous pancreatitis

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qingzhonghuoxue decoction on acute edematous pancreatitis.Methods 62 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group (n=29) Qingzhonghuoxue decoction was decocted in water for oral administration,one dose daily. 33 patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine,with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups.Results The recovery rate in treatment group(65.52%) was significantly higher than that in control group(27.27%, P0.05).Conclusion Qingzhonghuoxue decoction is effective in treating acute edematous pancreatitis.
