Abstract

Experiments were carried out to probe into the characteristics of xylanase. The result showed that the optimum conditions for such measurement were 50℃,pH 4.5 and the ratio of xylanase to substrate was 1:9.The xylanase was actived strongly by Co2+ and Fe2+,was inhibited strongly by Ca2+ and Zn2+.
