Abstract

The effects of ions, pH and temperature on xylanase stability was studied in the paper. The results showed:Different ion or the same ion in different concentration had activation or inhibition on the activity of xylanase. The activity of xylanase wasn't sensitive to pH.Temperature had significant influence on the activity of xylanase.
