Abstract

Informationization, especially innovating and promoting traditional machine building industry with information technology, is becoming urgent in a an enterprise. This paper analyses the status of CAD application in 30 enterprises and the influence of its application to their business efficiency. It discusses the way of deepening the application and quickening the pace of popularization of CAD, CAM, CAE and PDM and the process of informationization in Guangxi Manufacturing Industry.
