Abstract
Aim To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of danshensu in guanshu injection and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Methods The contents of danshensu was determined by RP-HPLC,using Kromasil C 18 (5μm,4.6×250mm)column,methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid (15∶85) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 278nm.Results The average recovery was 98.7% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.47%(n=5).Conclusion The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate,which can be used in the quality control of this product.
