Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Guanmaining capsules.METHODS Phenomenex C18 column(4.6mm ×250 mm,5μm) was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(10∶90∶1) with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,the UV-detection wavelength was 280nm.RESULTS The linear range of Danshensu was 0.03468~0.6936mg(r=0.9995),the recovery rate was 99.7%,and RSD was 1.16%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and stable.
