Abstract
Taking 9 tobacco-planting counties in Liaoning as the studied objects,this paper analyzed the chemical components of 86 samples of upper,middle and lower tobacco leaves from every tobacco-planting area in Liaoning,and made integrated evaluation on them.The results indicated that the tobacco leaves of Liaoning showed the feature of high sugar content,high nicotine content and low chlorine content.The sugar content of some tobacco leaf samples in Xifeng,Kaiyuan and Fengcheng was higher.The nicotine content of all positions of tobacco leaf samples in Kuandian was higher.The potassium content of tobacco leaf samples in the eastern and northern areas of Liaoning showed a significant advantage,while that in other areas was quite reasonable.The total nitrogen content in the upper and middle leaves was lower.According to the coordination of chemical components,it was concluded that the sugar-nicotine ratio of upper leaf was much more balanced,while that of the middle and lower leaves was relatively high;nitrogen-nicotine ratio of all positions was less than 1;potassium-chlorine ratio of all three positions was larger.The score of integrated evaluation on the chemical compositions in middle leaves among different areas showed in turn: Fengcheng Kuandian Jianping Zhangwu Changtu Kaiyuan Humeng Xifeng Beipiao.The chemical constitution of tobacco leaves in Fengcheng and Kuandian was coordinative,followed by that in Jianping and Zhangwu.The integrated smoking quality of tobacco leaves in all tobacco-planting areas of Liaoning in 2010 decreased as compared with that in 2007 and 2008.
