Detection-analysis and prevention of Rh hemolytic disease of the newborn

Objective: To detecte and analyze 15 patients with Rh hemolytic disease and reason of invasion.To prevent beforehand Rh hemolytic disease.Methods: Rh blood group of patients with hemolytic disease and their parents were detected with saline-water test.Rh hemolytic disease of the newborn were detected with Rh hemolytic disease of the newborn blood group serologic examination.Rh system antibody in pregnancy serum and patients serum and irradiation liquid were detected with Rh spectrotype cell.Results: Of the 15 patients with Rh hemolytic disease,8 patients were provoked by anti-D and 2 patients were by anti-D and other Rh system antibody,occupying 66.7%.3 patients were provoked by anti-E and 1 patient were provoked by anti-E and anti-c,occupying 26.7%.1 patient were provoked by anti-C,occupying 6.7%.And 15 patients′ mothers had already haved childbearing or miscarriage or blood transfusion.Conclusion: To prevent beforehand Rh hemolytic disease of the newbron,It is essential that Rh blood group of the couple are detected and gravida'Rh system antibody are screened before gravida′childbearing especially before gravida′childbearing who had already haved childbearing or miscarriage or blood transfusion.
