Marx's industrial organization theory and it's application

Industrial organization is an important subject in our country currently,but few papers on Marx's industrial organization. This paper analyzed Marx's industrial organizationin detail. Marx researched the form and change of industrial organization from competition, credit, division and vertical integration. Competition was the foundation of industrial organization,which could expand superior firms' scale and changed the market concentration through selection; Credit could quicken the change of industrial organization; Division of labor and vertical integration could accelerate industrial organization by new firms and industries.
