Driving Mechanism of the Division of Labor and Evolvement of Industrial Organization

The status of industrial market structure and the model of behavior in enterprises are decided by the degree of division of labor,which promotes the evolvement of industrial organization.But the research on the factors,which promotes the division of labor,is not enough at present in our country.This paper constructs an analysis framework of income anticipation,market field,globalization,technical innovation and institutional transformation to explain the driving mechanism of the division of labor in the transition process.Furthermore,it indicates that reciprocity of these factors promotes the division of labor and the evolvement of industrial organization.So it has some significance in reality and in theory for optimizing industrial organization structure and enhancing industrial ability of competition in our country.
