Abstract
Marx treats capitalist industrial organization in the view of Darwinism. He thinks enterprises are different, and the differences is accumulative and evolutionary. In the uncertain environment of market the enterprises carry through capital accumulating continuously in order to realize technology innovation and organization innovation driving by the desire of pursuing excessive residual value and the pressure of competition, the behavior of the enterprises promote the industrial organization to evolve toward more advanced forms spontaneously.
