Abstract
Objective To observe the post-core porcelain crown technique increases the former crown teeth traumatic root fracture repair in the efficacy of clinical application.Methods 82 cases of clinical for 63 patients with traumatic crown before the teeth of the teeth root fracture line core plus repair porcelain crown,1~2years,calculated the success rate and failure rate.Results 77 porcelain crowns with 82 to achieve a satisfactory clinical results,a success rate of 93.90 percent.Five cases of failure,the failure rate of 6.10 percent.Conclusion The post-core titanium alloy porcelain crown technique increases the former crown teeth traumatic root fracture repair in the clinical application is ripe for successful clinical application of great value.
