Clinical Observation on Treating 30 Cases of Depression of Liver Qi Stagnation Type with Chaihu Shugan Decoction

Abstract

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan decoction in treating depression of liver Qi stagnation type.[Method] 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,Control group 30 cases with antidepressant drug-fluoxetine hydrochlori.Treatment group 30 cases in the control group based on the use Chaihu Shugan decoction.After 4weeks treatment to determine efficacy of the two groups.[Results]The treatment group were cure 10 cases,improve 18 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total markedly rate for 93.33%.The control group were cure 5 cases,improve 20 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total markedly rate for 83.33%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Treating depression of liver qi stagnation type with Chaihu Shugan decoction get a good effect.
