Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Chronic Superficial Gastritis Treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder

objective To observe the clinical effect of chaihu shugan powder on chronic superficial gas-tritis.Methods 57 cases were divided randomly into two groups.30 cases in treatment group were treated with chaihu shugan powder.27 cases in control group were treated with omeprazole.4 weeks of treatment made one session in either group.The clinical efficacy and changes in clinicaI symptoms were observed in two groups after 1 session treatment.Results In treatment group,the total effective rate was 96.7%.In control group,the total effective rate was 88.9%.The significant statistical difference presented in comparison of two groups(P0.05).Moreover,the improvements in clinical symptoms were apparent in treatment group as compared with control group.Conclusion Chaihu shugan powde has quite advantageous clinical efficacy on chronic superficial gastritis.
