Abstract

According to the policy suggestion of enlarging rural consumption market and enhancing consumption ability of rural residents,the paper studies the marginal propensities of consumption of different income groups of urban and rural residents,and then proposes some policy suggestions to encourage the consumption of middle and high income group of urban residents,which has more practical significance to enhancing consumption ability of residents and correcting the inappropriate structure of consumption and investment in China.
