Abstract
Objective To investigate the enteral nutrition therapy in patients with acute pancreatitis and clinical efficacy. Methods60 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were treated randomly divided into study group and the group of control, the study group to support the implementation of early enteral nutrition therapy, total parenteral nutrition group implementation treatment, and compared the two groups. Results The study group after treatment albumin(ALB) significantly increased, hemoglobin(Hb) and C-reactive protein(CRP) was significantly lower, APACHE Ⅱ score was significantly reduced, and the difference compared with the control group was significantly(P 0.05); study group infection and MODS occurrence rates were 23.3%, 10.0%, significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition therapy in patients with acute pancreatitis patients can significantly reduce inflammation, improve the overall condition of the patient
