Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and precautions of Chinese medicine in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 162 cases diagnosed as early SAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,81 patients in the treatment group were treated with combination therapy of Chinese medicine treatment,while 81 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment.Analyss and compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results In the treatment group,59 cases were cured,18 cases were significantly improved,4 cases were no improvement,the total effective rate was 95.06%;in the control group,23 patients were cured,39 cases were significantly improved,19 patients were no improvement,the total effective rate was 76.54%;medicine combination therapy was significantly higher than Western symptomatic treatment(P0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on SAP.
