Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between abnormal chromosome karyotype and abnormal pregnancy-labor history. Methods:Peripheral blood sample from 977 cases with abnormal pregnancy-labor history was collected. Then the chromosomal was analyzed through the culture of peripheral blood lymphocyte and G-dominance band of the chromosome. Results:Totally abnormal chromosome karyotype were showed in 52 cases. The total incidence of chromosomal abnormalities was 5.32%.Conclusion:The chromosome karyotype abnormality is one of the most important reasons of abnormal pregnarncy-labor history. It is necessary for couples with abnormal pregnancy-labor history to take chromosome examination.
