Research on New Rural Community Construction in Henan province

Combined the existing research with a lot of practice and innovation from the basic units of Henan Province,this paper clearly puts forward the basic concept,basic position,basic method,basic model,basic effect,basic problems and basic conclusion about New Rural Community Construction which is part of New Urbanization in Henan province under the background of Central Plain Economic Zone Construction,and systematically answered a series of questions encountered in the process of New Rural Community Construction.In conclusion it considers that the New Rural Community Construction will make obvious effect on the economical and intensive use of land resources,on the improvement of the farmers' production and life style,on the urban system management innovation and on the balanced urban and rural development in China.
