The Necessity and Feasibility of the New Rural Communities Construction in Central China: A case study of Henan province

The necessity and feasibility of new rural communities construction in central China were analyzed based on Henan province to explore new path for new rural communities construction and promote new rural communities construction in central China,the economic development of which was relatively backward.The results show that the financial capability,pilot experience and farmers' willingness in central China represented by Henan province are already suitable for new rural communities construction.The new rural communities construction should be carried out step by step by adjusting measures to local conditions.And it is needed to persist in division two exchange principle and structuring constructive mechanism with multivariate participation in the process of new rural communities construction.
