Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Village Plan and Construction during the Process of Urbanization

With the further development of modern agriculture in China,and the urbanization still continuing,it is how to implement the new rural construction that government departments and academic circles generally concern.The paper,based on the survey of the current situation of some counties(cities,districts) in the Z City and the experiment unit of the new rural construction,summarizes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions,such as in the future to study the villageplanning of distribution,strengthen land management according to law,ensure construction of demonstration projects and other rural development.
