Theory & Practice of the Possibility of Producing Ice Grape Wine in Yun'nan Plateau

Abstract

Comprehensive analysis of multiple factors showed that Bucun village in Deqin county,Yunnan Province,located in the south part of Qinghai-Tibet plateau,is suitable for the cultivation of Carbernet Sauvignon due to its favorable climate,besides,it also has the necessary geographic and environmental conditions for the production of quality ice grape wine.After 5-year research on wine-making techniques and the practice of grape cultivation,the first batch of quality ice grape wine with special individuality has been produced successfully.
