The Unique Features of Grape and Grape Wine in Yunnan

Abstract

In recent years,grape and grape wine industry in Yunnan have developed rapidly and several regions have formed their own characteristics,such as the unique species 'Rose Honey' and 'Cloud Dance' planted in Mile,the organic vineyards and Cabernet sauvignon and the ice grape wine in Diqing plateau areas,and premature table grapes in Chuxiong etc.As grape and grape wine industry could drive local economic development,vineyards booms in Yunnan.In order to reduce the blindness in the choice of cultivation area and to improve the quality of table grape,wine grape and grape wine,we should strengthen grape climate regionalization timely.
