Abstract

The non-public higher education is an important component of higher education in China,and it has vital significance for the realization of the strategic goal of China's economic and social development to innovate the student management pattern of non-public universities and improve the student-training quality.The third-level network student management is an innovative pattern of student management which has the remarkable effect on solution to the prominent problems of student management in non-public universities and the improvement of the efficiency in the student management work.The non-public universities carry out the third-level network student management,not only integrating the characteristics of each management level to determine its functional orientation and direction,but also building the perfect support system from such aspects as elements,culture,system and mechanism.
