Abstract

The old system of student management in public security colleges and universities must be reformed to integrate and optimize the allocation of different resources.A new and dynamic student management system should be set up which is student-oriented and combines rewards with punishments.Such a system can achieve the goal of an orderly,intelligentized,scientific and optimized management of students.
