Abstract
Applying the method of numerical simulation of computers,the flow field of molten steel in tundish is studied.Take the tundish for No.4 slab concaster at No.1 Steel Plant of Jinan Steel as model,take the distance between weir and entrance,distance between weir and dam,weir height and dam height as influence parameters.The molten steel in tundish of slab concaster is optimized.The available design data for production is obtained.
