Abstract

Rijndael algorithm is an advanced encryption standard (AES) developed in America in the 21st centry. In this paper, the encryption procedure of AES is introduced firstly, and then a design method utilizing AES is given as well as the major part of the design is described in detail.Experiment shows that the design costs very little resource and fits small scale application where lower speed is required.
