Cultivation of IT Talent's Innovative Ability

Abstract

Innovative IT talents are needed in the age of knowledge economy. Based on the analysis of characteristics of computer subject and requirement of cultivationof IT talents, this paper clarifies the cultivation of IT talents' innovative ability, specially the importance of cultivatire of innovation thinking, and introduces the conception and way of the study with research.
