Abstract

Problems were studied of the cultivation of applied and innovative talents based on theories and practice. Necessity and key points of talent cultivation are pointed out accordingly.Furthermore,strategies for cultivation of applied and innovative talents are put forward in terms of talent cultivation concept,development of students ' actual ability in application and innovation,innovation of students' management system as well.The result offers guidance for the cultivation of applied and innovative talents in universities.
