Abstract

Based on the understanding of innovative talents and the main characteristics,we study on the cultivation of innovative talents from the perspective of relevance of the cultivation of innovative talents and environment design,in order to improve the innovative talents training quality as the goal,and puts forward some ideas and strategies in combination with the culture environment of environmental design and innovation practice subject innovation type talents cultivation of innovative talents.
