Clinical study of Yiqi Huatan decoction on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of Qi deficiency and sputum stasis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan decoction on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of Qi deficiency and sputum stasis.Methods Fifty-Eight outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Based on same basic treatment,29 patients in treatment group were treated with Yiqi Huatan decoction,and 29 in control group with nimodipine tablets,treatment in 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 89.6% in treatment group,and 75.8% in control group,and the targets of blood-lipid and Tcd in treatment group is better than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huatan decoction is better than the nimodipine tablets to treat the vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of Qi deficiency and sputum stasis.
