Clinical Observation of"Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction"in Treating Acute Cerebral Embolism

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral embolism.Methods Seventy-eight cases of acute cerebral embolism were divided randomly into treatment group(39 cases) and control group(36 cases).The treatment group was given Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoctionbesides conventional therapy,and the control group was treated only with conventional therapy.The curative effect was assessed in terms of nerve deficit score,the indexes of blood fat and hemorrheology.Results The total effective rate was 87.1% in the treatment group and 79.5% in the control group,P0.05;the nerve deficit score and indexes of hemorheology and blood-fat in the treatment group showed significant differences(P 0.05,P 0.01)after treatment in treatment group;at the end of the trial,the nerve deficit score,fibrinogen and total cholesterol in the two groups were significantly different(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Yiqi Huatan Tongluo Decoctioncan help conventional therapy to enhance clinical effects and improve nerve deficit score,hemorheology and blood fat.
