Research on enterprise's core competence under knowledge management environment

In the era of knowledge economy,as the most important strategic resource,knowledge becomes the key factor of enterprise competition and the most reliable resource for maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage,and knowledge management is the core element for promoting permanent development of organization competition.This paper starts with the conception of knowledge management and core competence,researches on the relationship between them,and discusses on how to integrate them to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
