Abstract

The essence of enterprise core competence is a kind of capability that enterprise conduct knowledge accumulation,innovation and application.So management of enterprise core competence is the management of knowledge.Through analyzing the relationship of knowledge management and enterprise core competence,this paper researched the function of knowledge management to enhance power generation enterprise competitive.
