Abstract

Knowledge management has a very close link with high-tech enterprise's core competitiveness. This paper has built two-dimensional model, taken a dissection of that link, summarized the various elements of knowledge management and their promoting role in the overall capability of the enterprise market, and finally revealed the mechanism of knowledge management on high-tech enterprise's core competitiveness.
