Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of different time strength rehabilitation training on the recovery of limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Thirty-seven cases of hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups:conventional rehabilitation training group and intensive rehabilitation training group.Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores were used to assess the limb motor function and ability of daily life(ADL)in two groups before and after treatment. Results:The limb motor function and ADL were improved significantly after treatment(P0.01),and intensive rehabilitation training group was significantly superior to conventional rehabilitation training group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared to conventional rehabilitation training, intensive rehabilitation training has better effects in improving limb motor function and ADL in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
