Abstract

Objective To explore and set up the clinical care path in functional rehabilitation exercise among hemipegic patients with stroke. Methods 120 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60).The observation group taking the clinical care path, passive joint movement, turning over in bed, active exercise, and daily training;while the control group taking the traditional model of care. The assessment of efficacy was carried out after the rehabilitation training. Results The limb motor function was obviously improved in the observation group after the rehabilitation training, and there was statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion The application of clinical care path in functional rehabilitation exercise among hemipegic patients with stroke can obviously promote the recover of limb motor function and improve quality of care.
