Clinical Study on Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis Method in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: We diagnosed and treated chronic atrophic gastritis with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. To explore the effect of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis from the clinical effect,gastroscopy and pathology and hemorrheology. Methods: 80 cases of CAG patients were given the herbs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to observe the curative effect after 3 months. Results: The total efficiency of TCM syndrome was 88. 75% and the total clinical efficiency was 88. 75%. TCM symptoms integral and hemodynamic indices had significant difference before and after treatment( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis method can improve the clinical symptoms of CAG patients,and significantly reduce the hemodynamic indices of CAG patients in order to exert their therapeutic effect.
